I have a lot of clients who ask if they should wear their glasses during their headshot session. That’s a personal question, and there area couple of factors to consider.
Do you absolutely need the glasses, and you feel strange without them? I would advise having your headshots taken exactly the way you look in every day life, so you feel comfortable and everyone will recognize you.
However, if they are not always necessary, you can take a few without them for some variety. Also, consider if they are reflective. If so, the glare can hide your eyes, so it may be better to leave them off for a couple shots, or make sure the ones you bring show your entire pupil without obstruction.
