The Woodlands Family Group Portraits

A most beautiful location in the Woodlands for this group’s family portraits! A garden path and a little greenery are the perfect set up for this East Shore family, for natural outdoor portraits for families in the Woodlands area. Their colour coordinated outfits stand out beautifully against the green backdrop, with the added splash of colour in the flowers. Fun Bright Family Photos in the Woodlands

On this gorgeous sun soaked day, I had the honour of photographing this beautiful and giggling family in the Woodlands and Spring area for some fun family photos! It’s so rewarding for me to see my family clients smiling, happy, laughing and having a great time together at their family portrait session. The Woodlands Photographer Family Portraits

Just because your children are all grown up now, doesn’t mean you don’t need family portraits! This family told me they hadn’t had portraits taken of their family since the children were babies, and it was fantastic to see them get the family pictures they deserve. The Woodlands Photographer Family Park

It’s been a fantastic season for family pictures here in the Woodlands, with our weather being so beautiful! I have also been lucky enough to see so many returning clients for updated portraits, like this beautiful family with a new addition! Updated Family Portraits – The Woodlands Family Photographer

I shot family portraits for this family 3 years ago, back when the boys were just finishing up high school and moving onto college. Now, 3 years later, they’re all in college, graduated and starting new, exciting careers and making new families of their own! So this time, we had two wonderful additions to the family pictures – a new wife and girlfriend (and a dog!). Again, we were looking for a wall portrait of all the family together, some couple portraits, and individual black and white pictures of the siblings for a wall collage. It was great to see this family again! Best of luck to them as they start new things!

East Shore Family – The Woodlands

I had the great pleasure of taking family portraits for this young family, on a gorgeous day with a beautiful sunset. We started out in the open field with the brilliant sky behind us for some wide angle, fun family portraits. Then we moved on to the pretty white gates at East Shore, and finished up in the grass for some individual portraits of the children. What a great, fun family and I love all their pictures – so happy and smiling!

Enchanted Maternity – The Woodlands Maternity Photographer

I met this beautiful couple a few years ago, when they chose me to be their engagement photographer. Check out their engagement portraits here!  And now, just a few years later, I got a wonderful call – they’re expecting TWINS! This mama-to-be braved soaring heat, stifling humidity, the threat of rain and clouds of hungry mosquitoes to make her dream maternity photo session happen. With this enchanting flowing tulle skirt and lace top, in a field under the open sky, this maternity portrait session was charming and so pretty, with all the feminine touches. So happy to see them again, I wish them the best of luck and I hope to see them again soon!

Family Photographer in the Woodlands in the Park

We had a lovely afternoon for these family portraits in the park, with just the right mix of sunlight and cloudy skies to make for beautiful light! This family was styled to perfection too – blue and peach are two colours that photograph beautifully and they mixed up the shades enough to make their colour palette more complimentary. I just loved the happy faces of the children, they were so cooperative for the family photoshoot, which made my  job so easy!  Great family fun!

Now Offering At Home Newborn Sessions – The Woodlands and Spring Family Photographer

I’m now offering at home newborn sessions, for families who prefer a relaxed and family oriented approach to newborn photography. These sessions take place in your own home, at your convenience.  At home newborn sessions emphasize  the welcoming of a new life in your home, without artificial props and posing.  Our goal is to photograph your family in a more natural way, in your own environment, and focuses on the love and comfort we feel together as family.

RETAINER: $200 for a 2 hour session.  Travel fees may apply if you live outside the Woodlands area.
COLLECTIONS: I offer 3 Collections, with full resolution digital images, starting at $625. Top Collections include wall portraits or albums, and print credits.

If you have older children, posing with their new sibling at home is a safe, comfortable place for them to hold and pose with the new baby.  Lifestyle sessions are home are often preferred in black and white, but we’ll have color as well.

We will also take photos of your newborn, without forced poses. This is a good opportunity to use any special blankets or clothes.

Your gallery will also include portraits of the family together. We’ll find the best location in your house, with plenty of light, for optimal results.

At Home Family Portraits – Tomball and the Woodlands

There are many reasons why you might like to have your family portraits taken at home. Maybe, like this beautiful family who I met last year for their family portraits outdoors when they were a family of three, you have a newborn baby who is just a little too young and delicate to take outside in the cold weather!  I just adore this family, they’re always so happy and peaceful and just a joy to spend some time with, and their little ones are just beautiful! New little brother joined for the family portraits this year, and the weather took a cold turn, so we moved the shoot indoors and made use of their gorgeous master bedroom for some cozy at home family portraits.
