Thank you for choosing Shannon Stroubakis Photography. Here is a basic guide of what you can expect from our session together, from booking to the delivery of the final product.
The first step is to book with me! I encourage all inquiries by phone at 832-663-5128 or you can use THIS FORM to email me directly. Together we will set a date, time and location for your photo session, and select a date for the Pre Consultation in my office.
There are 3 steps to complete your session booking:
Step 1 – I will email you a Welcome Packet that contains all the information you need to know, from collection pricing to payment options. You can print this out to refer to at any time.
Step 2 – Included is a PDF version of the 2014 Contract for you to read and sign.
Step 3 - Please note that I require that you pay the session fee within one week to secure your slot. You can pay by credit card, invoice or check.
Now you’re booked, and the fun begins!
Pre Session Consultation:
Included in the session fee is a pre session consultation in my office to discuss the styling, posing tips and wardrobe. We can also consult on the phone, if you prefer.

I want to make sure your session is as pleasant, fun and successful as possible, so I encourage you to call me with any questions and concerns, at any time.
At your session:
Your session is when we have fun and make beautiful pictures! I want you to truly enjoy it and have a good time.
We then set a date for the viewing appointment, for about 10 days after the session. Within 48 hours, I will post a sneak peek of your session to the Shannon Stroubakis Photography Facebook Page. After your session:
About 7-10 days after your session, I will email you with a reminder about the Viewing Appointment. Your slideshow contains all the best images from the session (at least 25 for investment sessions, 12-18 for Simplicity sessions).
Your in person viewing and ordering session is the best way to see and select your collection images. Over a cup of coffee or glass of wine, I’ll show you the images on a large calibrated screen, so you can see them as they will print. I will show you how your selected images will look cropped at various sizes. You can personally see and touch prints and products and together we can design your wall canvas, choose the best sizes for prints, and put together your perfect collection. In person ordering is a great way for us to ensure that you are entirely happy with your order.
